Embedded Solutions

Embedded systems include an electronic embedded computer designed to control an electronic or mechanical system (also referred to as mechatronics).  A microcontroller runs software algorithms that read electronic inputs such as sensors, potentiometers and switches, and controls electronic outputs that may be connected to mechanical devices such as actuators, motors or injectors. Embedded system applications include diesel engines, cell phones, traffic lights, printers, pumps, hospital beds and medical devices and many other devices that affect our daily lives.

LHP’s team of engineers has developed a number of embedded systems for a variety of applications. We can leverage information that is produced in electronic systems to integrate with information systems to help notify business owners of improvement opportunities for their products and services. Our engineering expertise includes model based design and simulation using Matlab/ Simulink and autocode generation tools.  We can help you leverage product line strategies and architecture to reuse software across common product lines.
