Ryan Hou

Ryan Hou - Co-founder and CEO, LHP Inc.

Ryan was born in Taiwan 1957.   He holds a Master Degree of Public Administration from State University of New York at Albany in 1985.  Ryan worked as computer software consultant for 15 years. He started the LHP Software with partner David Glass in 2001, and has generated 130 high tech jobs in Columbus so far.  Ryan founded the Columbus Chinese School in 2000.  He was the President of Columbus Chinese Association from 2000 to 2002.  In 2006, he was appointed by the Columbus Mayor Fred Armstrong as the Vice Mayor in charge of international business.  Ryan resides in Columbus with his wife Jean and their two children, Elaine & Ethan for 23 years.

Dave Glass

David Glass - Co-founder & President, LHP, Inc.

David graduated with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on embedded applications.  He also holds a second Bachelor degree in Administrative Engineering specializing in marketing and sales.  David has extensive experience in software engineering and embedded controls for automotive applications along with strong project and organizational management experience.  David has worked for companies such as D&L Communications, Inc. (3 years) and Cummins, Inc. (8 years) before cofounding LHP Software, LLC in 2001 with Ryan Hou.  Dave is a Board member of March of Dimes and resides in Nashville, Indiana along with his wife MaryLynn and his children, AutumnLynn (student at IU), Christian 13 and his twin boys Cordell and Caleb each 10 years of age.

Joseph Mathew

Joseph Mathew - Chief Operating Officer / General Manager, LHP Software

Joseph leads the organization at LHP Software, a high growth company which provides clients with outsourced solutions and engineering resources.  He has been with LHP since 2003 working primarily in business development, customer relations and project delivery.  Prior to that Joseph worked as a Marketing Manager at Cummins Inc., at three entrepreneurships and served as an assistant professor at Indiana Wesleyan University for five years.  Joseph holds two patents in the area of automotive telematics.  He did his MBA at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Bangalore University.  He serves on the Board of Advisors for Indiana Wesleyan University's business program and on the KidsCommons board in Columbus, IN.  Joseph, his wife Mary, daughter Rebekah, and son Benjamin reside in Columbus, IN.

Janene Stotts - President, LHP Engineering Resources Division

Janene leads LHP’s Engineering Resources division, which provides our clients with engineering and professional recruiting services in the form of direct, contract, and contract-to-direct placements.  She has been with LHP since 2005 and started out as LHP’s first Human Resources Manager, putting into place LHP’s initial HR systems, processes, and providing employee support.  Prior to LHP, Janene spent 11 years at Adecco Technical where she held the position of Branch Manager.  Janene is married to her husband Brad, and together have 8 children.

Tara Vatcher - President, LHP Software Solutions Division

Since joining LHP Software LLC in 2001, Tara Vatcher has provided leadership and operational direction to the embedded engineering and HW organization; helping the company grow and achieve new presence in the embedded engineering controls market.  With over fourteen  years of engine controls experience, Tara Vatcher was a member of the Cummins Core II Systems and Controls teams (via LHP Software LLC and Adecco), Thomson Consumer Electronics, Bombardier Aerospace and Rolls-Royce Inc, where she held several positions, including Program Manager, Senior Development Engineer and Certification Engineer.  Tara has played a key role in the Core II development effort at Cummins, including being a team member of the first Core II Industrial project to Production.  She has managed several projects, most notably, the design and release of the RCA cable modem and the Bombardier Certification effort of the CRJ aircraft.  Tara  graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor in Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec ,and in 2001 with an MBA from Indiana University.  Tara is married to Steve and they have two children.
