LHP Software Collaborates with National Instruments on Indiana Training Center
Agreement establishes LHP's Columbus, IN, training facility as key resource for training and certifying engineers in use of National Instruments LabVIEW and other NI Products.
COLUMBUS, Ind., Aug. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LHP Software has agreed to provide training facilities for National Instruments (NI) in downtown Columbus, Indiana. Over the next year, NI will offer specialized product training.
"In downtown Columbus, LHP has dedicated training facilities providing opportunities for our team to receive training and earn specialized certifications in multiple engineering fields, such as diesel controls, model based design, and communication protocols," said Joseph Mathew, President and General Manager of LHP Software. LHP Software Targets 25 Jobs for Central Indiana
LHP Software announced today the addition of 25 new jobs in central Indiana in the next three months as part of their strategy to create 150 jobs company-wide in 2011. Many of these 25 high technology embedded controls positions may be located in a new Indianapolis, IN office location.
To fill these positions, LHP Software is conducting the first of up to 10 nationwide recruiting events in Indianapolis on December 8th and 9th at the Embassy Suites North hotel.

LHP Announcement of Promotions
Joseph Mathew has been promoted to General Manager of LHP Software reporting to David Glass. Joseph has been with LHP since 2003 and has continued to demonstrate solid leadership as a key contributor to the growth of the company while previously leading LHP IT Applications division and, more recently, LHP Software Solutions division. Joseph has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and combines a solid technical background with extensive business and organizational leadership capabilities.
Tara Vatcher has been promoted to President of the LHP Software Solutions division reporting to Joseph Mathew. Tara has been with the LHP Company since it was founded in 2001. Since then, Tara has been able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills while she was in charge of LHP's Embedded Software division. More recently, Tara was the Operations Manager for the LHP Software Solutions division. Tara holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Businss and will continue to combine her organizational skills with her engineering background to help LHP expand capability in our project based outsourcing organization.
